Short Summary

Noya and Maeimaria begin their conversations. Elsewhere, the 1st trial comes to a conclusion, and a familiar crow appears.

Long Summary

This chapter begins with Noya and Maeimaria having "tea" made to taste similar to what Noya would enjoy. Their conversation is getting set to begin. We then transition to Triquel in battle with Hebina and his warriors. Triquel remarks that Hebina is crazy but strong, and tries to use the rules of the battle and the full moon rising to get Hebina to cease battle. Hebina would rather take out a troublesome opponent, but loses the chance when Shubeon and the other Pareia warriors come to his assistance. This causes Hebina to change his mind and call for the truce.

Haisha shows concern for Triquel and asks if Hebina is indeed dangerous. Triquel responds by stating Hebina is worth 8 totems, his way of judging anothers abilities. It is announced that the 1st round of the trials is over, and that only 245 warriors are remaining. The warriors from the Shuaruri Tribe have scored the most points with 130, and Yulian leads all individuals with 32 points, getting a reaction from the rest of the warriors. The chapter ends with Dirik responding to the appearance of the crow that we saw before from when Yulian and Noya arrive at the warrior ceremony.
